How it works
From the US prescribing label for the same active substance (Qulipta). It describes the substance, not this exact product.
Atogepant is a calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) receptor antagonist.
Atogepant is eliminated mainly through metabolism, primarily by CYP3A4.
Effect of Food When QULIPTA was administered with a high-fat meal, the food effect was not significant (AUC and C max were reduced by approximately 18% and 22%, respectively, with no effect on median time to maximum atogepant plasma concentration).
