What it is for

  • Behandlung der fortgeschrittenen, Levodopa-reaktiven Parkinson-Krankheit mit schweren motorischen Fluktuationen und Hyper-/Dyskinesie, wenn verfügbare Kombinationen von Antiparkinsonmitteln nicht zu zufriedenstellenden Ergebnissen geführt haben. Ein positiver Test der klinischen Reaktion auf Duodopa, verabreicht über eine temporäre Nasoduodenalsonde, ist erforderlich, bevor eine Dauersonde gelegt wird.
