What it is for
- Etranacogen Dezaparvovec ist indiziert zur Behandlung von männlichen Erwachsenen mit schwerer/mittelschwerer Hämophilie B (angeborener Faktor-IX-Mangel) und vorbestehendem Titer an neutralisierenden Antikörpern gegen den Adeno-assoziierten viralen Vektor Serotyp 5 (AAV5) von unter 1:900, um die Häufigkeit von Blutungsepisoden und die Notwendigkeit einer Faktor-IX-Substitution zu reduzieren, und zwar in Fällen, in denen: • derzeit eine prophylaktische Faktor-IX-Therapie eingesetzt wird, oder • eine lebensbedrohliche Blutung besteht oder anamnestisch bekannt ist oder wiederholte schwere Spontanblutungen auftreten.
