What it is for
- Leqvio ist bei Erwachsenen mit Hypercholesterinämie [einschliesslich heterozygoter familiärer Hypercholesterinämie] oder gemischter Dyslipidämie begleitend zu einer Diät und bei pädiatrischen Patienten ab 12 Jahren mit heterozygoter familiärer Hypercholesterinämie (HeFH) indiziert: in Kombination mit einer maximal tolerierten Statin-Dosis mit oder ohne andere lipidsenkende Therapien bei Patienten, die eine zusätzliche Low Density Lipoprotein Cholesterin (LDL-C) Senkung benötigen, oder allein oder in Kombination mit anderen lipidsenkenden Therapien bei Patienten, die statinintolerant sind oder für die Statine kontraindiziert sind. Leqvio ist als Zusatztherapie zu anderen LDL-C-senkenden Therapien zur Behandlung von pädiatrischen Patienten im Alter von 12 bis unter 18 Jahren mit homozygoter familiärer Hypercholesterinämie (HoFH) indiziert.
