What it is for
- Aminoven 15% es una solución para perfusión intravenosa. Se presenta en frascos de vidrio de 250 ml, 500 ml y 1000 ml y en bolsas de polipropileno con sobrebolsa de 500 ml y 1000 ml.

Do not take it if
- si es alérgico (hipersensible) a cualquiera de los componentes de Aminoven 15%.
- si padece trastornos del metabolismo de las proteínas o de los aminoácidos
- si padece acidosis metabólica (los niveles de ácidos de sus fluidos y tejidos del organismo están demasiado altos)
- si padece insuficiencia renal sin tratamiento de diálisis u otra forma de filtración sanguínea
- si padece insuficiencia hepática avanzada
- si padece retención de fluidos
- si padece shock
- si padece hipoxia (niveles bajos de oxígeno)
- si padece insuficiencia cardiaca descompensada
- Aminoven 15% no debe administrarse a niños ni adolescentes de menos de 18 años.
- Para niños menores de 2 años, se deben usar preparaciones pediátricas de aminoácidos, que se formulen para cumplir con los diferentes requisitos metabólicos.

How to take it

Warnings and precautions
- Informe a su médico si
- usted tiene bajos los niveles de potasio en sangre (hipokalemia)
- usted tiene bajos los niveles de sodio en sangre (hiponatremia)
- usted tiene un déficit de folato
- usted tiene problemas cardíacos (insuficiencia cardiaca)
- El médico o personal sanitario comprobarán antes de su utilización que la solución está exenta de partículas.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Debe informar a su médico si está embarazada, cree que podría estarlo o está en periodo de lactancia, su médico decidirá si se le debe administrar Aminoven 15%.

Side effects
- Al igual que todos los medicamentos, este medicamento puede producir efectos adversos, aunque no todas las personas los sufran.
- Se han observado los siguientes efectos adversos cuando la perfusión se ha administrado de forma demasiado rápida:
- Pérdida de potasio o de sodio de la sangre
- Déficit de folato

How to store it
- Mantener este medicamento fuera de la vista y del alcance de los niños.
- Su médico y farmacéutico del hospital son responsables de la correcta conservación, utilización y administración de Aminoven 15%.
