What it is for

Ionolyte se utiliza en el tratamiento de:

  • Ionolyte es una solución para perfusión.
  • • deshidratación extracelular (pérdida de agua)
  • • hipovolemia (descenso rápido del volumen sanguíneo circulatorio)
  • • acidosis metabólica leve (aumento de la acidez de la sangre causado por un desorden metabólico)

Do not take it if

• si es alérgico a acetato de sodio trihidrato, cloruro de sodio, cloruro de potasio, cloruro de magnesio hexahidrato o a algunos de los demás componentes de este medicamento (incluidos en la sección 6).

How to take it

  • Ionolyte le será administrado en un hospital por un médico o enfermera.
  • Usted recibirá su medicamento mediante perfusión intravenosa (gota a gota por vía intravenosa). El volumen y el intervalo de la perfusión que le administren dependerán de sus requerimientos.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding

  • Si está embarazada o en periodo de lactancia, cree que podría estar embarazada otiene intención de quedarse embarazada, consulte a su médico o farmacéutico antes de utilizar este medicamento.
  • Ionolyte puede usarse de forma segura durante el embarazo y la lactancia siempre que se controle el equilibrio de electrolitos y fluidos.
  • Cuando se añade otro medicamento a Ionolyte, la naturaleza del medicamento y su uso durante el embarazo y la lactancia debe considerarse de forma independiente. Su médico analizará este tema con usted.

How to store it

  • No refrigerar o congelar.
  • Mantener este medicamento fuera de la vista y del alcance de los niños.
  • El producto debe utilizarse inmediatamente una vez abierto.
  • No utilice este medicamento después de la fecha de caducidad que aparece en la etiqueta después de CAD . Lafecha de caducidad es el último día del mes que se indica.
