Do not take it if
- Si es alérgico (hipersensible) a olanzapina o a cualquiera de los demás componentes de Olanzapina pensa. La reacción alérgica puede manifestarse en forma de erupción, picor, hinchazón de la cara o de los labios o dificultad para respirar. Si le pasara esto dígaselo a su médico.
- Si previamente se le ha diagnosticado glaucoma de ángulo estrecho.
- Si es menor de 18 años.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Consulte a su médico o farmacéutico antes de utilizar cualquier medicamento.
- Embarazo
- Dígale a su médico lo antes posible, si está embarazada, si cree que puede estarlo o piensa quedarse embarazada. No debe tomar este medicamento durante el embarazo a no ser que se lo recomiende su médico.
- Los recién nacidos de madres que han utilizado olanzapina en el último trimestre de embarazo pueden presentar los siguientes síntomas: temblor, rigidez de los músculos y/o debilidad, somnolencia, agitación, problemas para respirar, y para recibir alimentación. Si su hijo recién nacido presenta cualquiera de estos síntomas, póngase en contacto con su médico.
- Lactancia
- No debe tomar este medicamento cuando esté en periodo de lactancia ya que pequeñas cantidades de Olanzapina pensa pueden pasar a la leche materna.

Driving and using machines
Olanzapina pensa puede producir síntomas tales como somnolencia, mareo, alteraciones en la vista, y disminuir la capacidad de reacción. Estos efectos así como la propia enfermedad pueden dificultar su capacidad para conducir vehículos o manejar máquinas. Por lo tanto no conduzca, ni maneje máquinas, ni practique otras actividades que requieran especial atención, hasta que su médico valore su respuesta a este medicamento.

Side effects
- Al igual que todos los medicamentos, Olanzapina pensapuede tener efectos adversos, aunque no todas las personas los sufran.
- Los efectos adversos observados se clasifican según su frecuencia de presentación:
- Muy frecuentes(Al menos 1 de cada 10 pacientes):
- Aumento de peso
- Somnolencia

How to store it
- Mantener fuera de la vista y del alcance de los niños.
- No requiere condiciones especiales de conservación.
- No use este medicamento después de la fecha de caducidad que aparece en el cartón.
- Después de “CAD”, la fecha de caducidad es el último día del mes que se indica.
