How to take it

These directions are for this exact strength and form. Another one is different.

  • Adults
  • take 1 dropper sublingually 2-4 times daily. Kids 12-17 years of age take ½ dropper 2-3 times daily. Kids under 12, please consult with your healthcare provider.
