How to take it

These directions are for this exact strength and form. Another one is different.

  • apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure reapply:
  • after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating after towel drying, swimming, or at least every 2 hours
  • children under 6 months of age:
  • ask a doctor.
