How to take it

These directions are for this exact strength and form. Another one is different.

  • Adults and children 12 years and over:
  • dissolve one packet in ½ glass (4 fl oz) of water every 4 hours or as directed by a doctor.
  • Adults and children 12 to 60 years of age; do not exceed 6 packets in 24 hours.
  • Adults 60 years of age and over, do not exceed 3 packets in 24 hours.
  • Children under 12 years of age: do not use.

  • STOMACH WARNING:
  • To avoid serious injury,
  • do not take until powder is completely dissolved. It is very important not to take this product when overly full from food or drink. Consult a doctor if severe stomach pain occurs after taking this product.
  • When using
  • Do not take more than 6 packets in 24 hours
  • if you are between 12 and 60 years old, and 3 packets in 24 hours
  • if you are over 60 years old or
  • do not use the maximum dosage of this product for more than 2 weeks, except under the advice and supervision of a physician.
