How it works

Miconazole is an antifungal drug [see Microbiology (12.4)].
Metabolism and Excretion Most of the absorbed miconazole is metabolized by the liver with less than 1% of the administered dose found unchanged in urine.
Food Effect There was no formal food effect study conducted with ORAVIG; however, in clinical studies patients were allowed to eat and drink while taking ORAVIG.

How to take it

- before using this product read the enclosed consumer information leaflet for complete instructions and information
- adults and children 12 years of age and over:
- insert 1 suppository into the vagina at bedtime for 7 nights in a row.
- Wash applicator after use. children under 12 years: ask a doctor

- You may have a more serious condition.
