How to take it
These directions are for this exact strength and form. Another one is different.
- Adults and children take four droppers full twice a day for stamina building and muscle recovery; best if taken 1/2 hour prior to workout.
- For more strenuous workouts, dosage may be increased to eight droppers full.
- Consult a physician for use in children under 12 years of age.
