How to take it
These directions are for this exact strength and form. Another one is different.
- Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure
- children under the age of 6:
- Ask a doctor reapply at least every 2 hours reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating and immediately after towel drying
