How to take it
These directions are for this exact strength and form. Another one is different.
Dosage & administration -Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every two hours

Other warnings
- For external use only. Do not use on damaged skin & broken skin.
- Reapply at least every two hours, Sun Protection measures.
- Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging.
- Decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a broad spectrum SPF of 15 of higher and other sun protection measures including:
- 1)Limited time in the sun, especially from 10am to 2pm. 2 sleeve shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses.
- When using this product, keep eyes. with water to remove.
- If product is swallowed medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
- When using this product, keep out of eyes.
- Rinse with water to remove.
