How to take it

These directions are for this exact strength and form. Another one is different.

  • Adults 18 years and up: Wash hands before and after use.
  • Before use, damp insert with water that has been previously boiled and cooled.
  • Place one insert into vagina 2-3 times per day.
  • Children 12-18 years: Consult a doctor before use.
  • Under 12 years of age: Do not use
