How to take it
- Directions: Mix 1 rounded teaspoon (5 g) with 6-8 oz. of water, juice or supplement for 15 to 20 seconds using a shaker cup or simply with a glass and spoon. Ideal for adding to Isoflex, Carbion+, Impact Igniter or Quickmass.
