How to take it

  • Directions: As a dietary supplement for adults, take 1 level teaspoon (3 grams) in 8 oz. of water, juice or beverage of choice, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take one to two times daily. Psyllium gels quickly, so mix well and drink immediately. Follow with an additional glass of water.
