How to take it
- Suggested Use: Adults, take one (1) capsule in the morning and one (1) capsule in the evening. Do not crush or chew. If you are unable to swallow the capsule, it is acceptable to open the capsule and mix with cold food or beverage. Do not mix with warm or hot food or beverage. Do not mix with alcoholic or carbonated beverages.
