How to take it
- Take Six Star Casein Protein between meals and before bedtime.

- How to make the perfect whey protein shake: Shake or blend Tip: Try blending with ice, your favorite fruit, juice, peanut butter, or anything else you enjoy for a delicious smoothie. Directions: Mix 1 scoop (1 serving) with 10 oz. of skim milk or water. Take 1 to 2 servings per day, one of which before bed. For full effects, take 2 servings at once. Do not exceed 2 scoops (2 servings) in a 24-hour period. Read the entire label before use and follow directions provided.
