How to take it
- Suggested Use: Shake well before each use. Take 30 drops (2/3 of a dropper) and hold in mouth under tongue for 90 seconds. Swallow afterwards. For best results, use in the morning or before exercise. Start by taking 1 5 drops per dose to assess tolerance.
