How to take it
- Direction for use: As a Powder consume 3 grams mixed with honey/ warm water or milk. Twice daily after meal.
- Ashwagandha root can be used in various forms, including as a powder, tablet, capsule, extract, or even as a part of traditional Ayurvedic preparations as below - For massage- infused with oil. Create a decoction for making tea. Can be used as "RASAYANAS" to enhance its effects. Add root powder to your favourite smoothie or protein shake.
