What it is for
- Substitutionstherapie bei Erwachsenen sowie Kindern und Jugendlichen (0-18 Jahre) bei: • Primären Immunmangelkrankheiten (PID) mit eingeschränkter Antikörperbildung • Sekundären Immunmangelkrankheiten (SID) bei Patienten, die an schweren oder rezidivierenden Infektionen leiden, bei denen eine antimikrobielle Therapie unwirksam ist und die entweder ein nachgewiesenes Versagen spezifischer Antikörper (PSAF)* oder IgG-Serumspiegel von < 4 g/l aufweisen. *PSAF = Nichterreichen eines mindestens zweifachen Anstiegs des IgG-Antikörpertiters für Impfstoffe mit Pneumokokken-Polysacchariden und Polypeptid-Antigenen. . Immunmodulation: • Primäre Immunthrombozytopenie (ITP) bei Kindern oder Erwachsenen mit einem hohen Blutungsrisiko oder vor chirurgischen Eingriffen zur Korrektur der Thrombozytenzahl • Guillain-Barré-Syndrom • Kawasaki-Syndrom • Chronisch inflammatorischer demyelinisierender Polyneuropathie (CIDP) • Multifokaler motorischer Neuropathie (MMN) Therapie bei Erwachsenen mit: • Aktiver Dermatomyositis, die mit Immunsuppressiva einschließlich Kortikosteroiden behandelt wird, oder bei einer Unverträglichkeit oder Kontraindikation gegenüber diesen Arzneimitteln (siehe Eigenschaften/Wirkungen bezüglich Ausschlusskriterien).
