What it is for
- Algidrin Infantil pertenece al grupo de medicamentos denominados analgésicos. Ibuprofeno lisina, principio activo de este medicamento, es una sal soluble de ibuprofeno con acción analgésica, antipirética y antiinflamatoria.

Do not take it if
- Es alérgico (hipersensible) a ibuprofeno, a cualquier otro antiinflamatorio no esteroideo, al ácido acetilsalicílico o a cualquiera de los demás componentes de este medicamento.
- Ha tenido anteriormente una hemorragia de estómago o duodeno o ha sufrido una perforación del aparato digestivo mientras tomaba un medicamento antiinflamatorio no esteroideo.
- Padece agravamiento de una enfermedad inflamatoria de los intestinos (colitis ulcerosa).
- Padece enfermedad de hígado o riñón grave.
- Padece insuficiencia cardiaca grave.
- Se encuentra en el tercer trimestre del embarazo
- No se recomienda el uso de este medicamento en niños menores de 6 años o de menos de 20 Kg de peso, por la dosis de principio activo que contiene.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Este medicamento está recomendado para uso infantil, en caso de utilización en adultos durante el embarazo o la lactancia se deberán considerar los siguientes aspectos:
- Consulte a su médico o farmacéutico antes de utilizar cualquier medicamento.
- No se debe tomar ibuprofeno durante el tercer trimestre (ver sección precauciones durante el embarazo y en mujeres en edad fértil).
- Durante la lactancia, se recomienda no tomar este medicamento en periodos prolongados ya que pequeñas cantidades de ibuprofeno pueden pasar a la leche materna.

How to store it
- No requiere condiciones especiales de conservación.
- Una vez abierto el sobre, debe prepararse la suspensión inmediatamente según las instrucciones de uso.
- Mantener este medicamento fuera de la vista y del alcance de los niños.
