Do not take it if
- Es alérgico al ibuprofeno o a cualquiera de los demás componentes de este medicamento (incluidos en la sección 6);
- Ha tenido una úlcera o hemorragia de estómago o de duodeno (última parte del intestino delgado) o ha sufrido una perforación del aparato digestivo;
- Ha presentado reacciones alérgicas de tipo asmático al tomar antiinflamatorios, ácido acetilsalicílico u otros analgésicos,
- Padece o ha padecido asma (dificultad para respirar, ahogo y, en algunos casos, tos o pitidos al respirar), rinitis (inflamación de la mucosa nasal) y urticaria (ronchas en la piel y picor intenso)
- Padece una enfermedad grave del hígado, del riñón o del corazón (insuficiencia cardíaca);
- Padece trastornos hemorrágicos o de la coagulación sanguínea;
- Vomita sangre, presenta heces negras o diarreas con sangre;
- Se encuentra en el tercer trimestre del embarazo.

Warnings and precautions
- Consulte a su médico o farmacéutico antes de empezar a tomar este medicamento.
- No debe tomar más de 3 sobres al día (1200 mg de ibuprofeno al día), para evitar la posible aparición de problemas circulatorios o de corazón.
- Si ha sufrido enfermedades del estómago o del intestino (ej: úlcera), en cuyo caso no debería consumir este medicamento sin supervisión médica. El dolor de estómago o intestinal no debe tratarse con este medicamento.
- Si al tomar el medicamento nota ardor o dolor de estómago, debe suspender el tratamiento y consultar a su médico.
- Si sufre otra enfermedad o padece algún tipo de alergia, consulte a su médico o farmacéutico antes de tomar este medicamento.
- Si padece la enfermedad de Crohn o una colitis ulcerosa debido a que los medicamentos con ibuprofeno pueden empeorar estas enfermedades.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Si está embarazada o en periodo de lactancia, o cree que podría estar embarazada o tiene intención de quedarse embarazada, consulte a su médico o farmacéutico antes de utilizar este medicamento.
- Debe evitarse el uso de ibuprofeno durante el primer y segundo trimestre del embarazo. Si se considera esencial, el médico le prescribirá la dosis efectiva más baja y durante el menor tiempo posible. No deberá utilizarse en el último trimestre de embarazo.
- Ibuprofeno pertenece a un grupo de medicamentos que pueden disminuir la fertilidad (capacidad para quedarse embarazada) de la mujer. Este efecto es reversible cuando se deja de tomar el medicamento.

How to store it
- No requiere condiciones especiales de conservación.
