Do not take it if
- Si es alérgico al ibuprofeno o a alguno de los demás componentes de este medicamento (incluidos en la sección 6).
- Si ha tenido reacciones alérgicas, como erupciones cutáneas con picor, hinchazón de cara, labios, lengua o garganta, moqueo, dificultad para respirar o asma después de haber tomado medicamentos que contengan ácido acetilsalicílico u otros fármacos para el dolor y la inflamación (AINE).
- Si ha sufrido hemorragia o perforación gastrointestinal relacionada con el uso previo de fármacos para el dolor o la inflamación (AINE).
- Si actualmente tiene una úlcera o hemorragia en el estómago o el intestino delgado (duodeno) o si ha tenido dos o más de estos episodios en el pasado.
- Si tiene enfermedad hepática, renal o cardiaca grave.
- Si está en el último trimestre de embarazo.
- Si sufre una enfermedad de origen desconocido que cause la formación anormal de células de la sangre.

How to take it

- La dosis recomendada es:
- Adultos y adolescentes con un peso de 40 kg o más (a partir de 12 años de edad):

Warnings and precautions
- Consulte a su médico o farmacéutico antes de empezar a tomar Dalsydol Rapid:
- Si ha tenido o si desarrolla una úlcera, hemorragia o perforación en el estómago o el duodeno, que puede manifestarse por dolor abdominal intenso o persistente o heces negras, o incluso sin síntomas de aviso previos. Este riesgo es mayor cuando se utilizan tratamientos con dosis altas y prolongados, en pacientes con antecedentes de úlceras pépticas y en pacientes de edad avanzada.
- Si padece enfermedad de Crohn (una enfermedad crónica en la que el sistema inmunológico ataca al intestino y causa inflamación que normalmente conduce a diarrea sanguinolenta) o colitis ulcerosa, ya que el ibuprofeno puede empeorar estas enfermedades.
- Si tiene edema (retención de líquidos).
- Si tiene asma o cualquier otro trastorno respiratorio.
- Si tiene o ha tenido un trastorno cardiaco o tiene la tensión arterial alta.

How to store it
- Mantener este medicamento fuera de la vista y del alcance de los niños.
- Conservar por debajo de 30 °C.
- No utilice este medicamento después de la fecha de caducidad que aparece en la etiqueta y en el envase, después de "CAD/EXP". La fecha de caducidad es el último día del mes que se indica.
