Do not take it if
- Si es alérgico al ibuprofeno, a otros AINEs (ej. ácido acetilsalicílico, naproxeno, etc.) o a cualquiera de los demás componentes de este medicamento (incluidos en la sección 6). Las reacciones que indican la alergia podrían ser: erupción cutánea con picor, hinchazón de la cara, labios o lengua, secreción nasal, dificultad respiratoria o asma.
- Si ha tenido una úlcera o hemorragia de estómago o duodeno o ha sufrido una perforación del aparato digestivo.
- Si vomita sangre.
- Si presenta heces negras o diarrea con sangre.
- Si padece una enfermedad grave del hígado o los riñones.
- Si padece trastornos hemorrágicos o de la coagulación sanguínea o está tomando anticoagulantes (medicamentos utilizados para “fluidificar” la sangre). Si es necesario utilizar a la vez medicamentos anticoagulantes, el médico realizará unas pruebas para la coagulación sanguínea.

How to take it
These directions are for this exact strength and form. Another one is different.
- Siga exactamente las instrucciones de administración del medicamento contenidas en este prospecto o las indicadas por su médico. En caso de duda, pregunte a su médico o farmacéutico.
- La dosis recomendada es:
- Adultos y adolescentes mayores de 12 años : 1 cápsula de 400 mg cada 6-8 horas, si fuera necesario.

Warnings and precautions
- Con el ibuprofeno se han notificado signos de reacción alérgica a este medicamento, como problemas respiratorios, hinchazón de la cara y de la región del cuello (angioedema), y dolor torácico. Deje de utilizar inmediatamente Ibudol y póngase en contacto inmediatamente con su médico o con el servicio de urgencias médicas si observa alguno de estos signos.
- Consulte a su médico o farmacéutico antes de empezar a tomar este medicamento:
- Si ha tenido o desarrolla una úlcera, hemorragia o perforación en el estómago o en el duodeno, pudiéndose manifestar por un dolor abdominal intenso o persistente y/o por heces de color negro, o incluso sin síntomas previos de alerta. Este riesgo es mayor cuando se utilizan dosis altas y tratamientos prolongados, en pacientes con antecedentes de úlcera péptica y en los pacientes de edad avanzada.
- Si tiene edemas (retención de líquidos).

How to store it
- Mantener este medicamento fuera de la vista y del alcance de los niños.
- No requiere de condiciones especiales de conservación
- No utilice este medicamento después de la fecha de caducidad que aparece en el envase, después de CAD. La fecha de caducidad es el último día del mes que se indica.
