What it is for
- Ibuprofeno, principio activo de este medicamento, actúa reduciendo el dolor y la fiebre.
- Está indicado en niños a partir de 7 años para el alivio sintomático de los dolores ocasionales leves o moderados, así como de estados febriles.

Do not take it if
- Si es alérgico al ibuprofeno, a otros medicamentos del grupo de los antiinflamatorios no esteroideos (AINEs), a la aspirina o a cualquiera de los demás componentes de este medicamento. Las reacciones que indican la alergia podrían ser: erupción cutánea con picor, hinchazón de la cara, labios o lengua, secreción nasal, dificultad respiratoria o asma.
- Si padece una enfermedad grave del hígado o los riñones.
- Si ha tenido una úlcera o hemorragia de estómago o de duodeno o ha sufrido una perforación del aparato digestivo.
- Si vomita sangre.
- Si presenta heces negras o una diarrea con sangre.
- Si padece trastornos hemorrágicos o de la coagulación sanguínea, o está tomando anticoagulantes (medicamentos utilizados para “fluidificar” la sangre). Si es necesario utilizar a la vez medicamentos anticoagulantes, el médico realizará unas pruebas para la coagulación sanguínea.

Warnings and precautions
- Consulte a su médico o farmacéutico o enfermero antes de empezar a tomar este medicamento.
- Con el ibuprofeno se han notificado signos de reacción alérgica a este medicamento, como problemas respiratorios, hinchazón de la cara y de la región del cuello (angioedema), y dolor torácico. Deje de utilizar inmediatamente Ibudol Pediátrico y póngase en contacto inmediatamente con su médico o con el servicio de urgencias médicas si observa alguno de estos signos.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Si está embarazada o en periodo de lactancia, cree que podría estar embarazada o tiene intención de quedarse embarazada, consulte a su médico o farmacéutico antes de utilizar este medicamento.

Driving and using machines
Si usted experimenta mareo, vértigo, alteraciones de la visión u otros síntomas mientras esté tomando este medicamento, no deberá conducir ni utilizar maquinaria. Si solamente toma una dosis de ibuprofeno o durante un periodo corto, no es necesario que adopte precauciones especiales.

How to store it
- Mantener este medicamento fuera de la vista y del alcance de los niños.
- Conservar en el embalaje original.
- No utilice este medicamento después de la fecha de caducidad que aparece en el envase después de CAD. La fecha de caducidad es el último día del mes que se indica.

• Los demás componentes (excipientes) son: Benzoato de sodio (E-211), ácido cítrico anhidro (E-330), citrato de sodio (E-331), sacarina de sodio (E-954), celulosa microcristalina (E-460i), goma xantana (E-415), jarabe de maltitol (E-965), aroma de naranja, glicerol (E-422), polisorbato 80 y agua purificada.
