Do not take it if
- si es alérgico al ibuprofeno o a cualquiera de los demás componentes de este medicamento (incluidos en la sección 6). Dichas reacciones podrían ser: erupción cutánea con picor, hinchazón de la cara, labios o lengua, secreción nasal, dificultad respiratoria o asma.
- si ha tenido una úlcera o hemorragia de estómago o de duodeno o ha sufrido una perforación del aparato digestivo.
- si padece insuficiencia cardiaca grave
- se encuentra en el tercer trimestre del embarazo
- si usted tiene una enfermedad grave del hígado o los riñones.

Warnings and precautions
- Ha tenido o desarrolla una úlcera, hemorragia o perforación en el estómago o en el duodeno, pudiéndose manifestar por un dolor abdominal intenso o persistente y/o por heces de color negro, o incluso sin síntomas previos de alerta.
- Este riesgo es mayor cuando se utilizan dosis altas y tratamientos prolongados, en pacientes con antecedentes de úlcera péptica y en los pacientes de edad avanzada. En estos casos su médico considerará la posibilidad de asociar un medicamento protector del estómago.
- Si toma simultáneamente medicamentos que alteran la coagulación de la sangre como, anticoagulantes orales, antiagregantes plaquetarios del tipo del ácido acetilsalicílico. También debe comentarle la utilización de otros medicamentos que podrían aumentar el riesgo de dichas hemorragias como los corticoides y los antidepresivos inhibidores selectivos de la recaptación de serotonina.

• Los demás componentes son: Arginina, aspartamo (E-951), sacarosa, hidrogenocarbonato de sodio, sacarina sódica, laurilsulfato de sodio, aroma de menta compuesto por componentes aromáticos (preparaciones aromatizantes naturales, sustancias aromatizantes naturales y sustancias aromatizantes idénticas a las naturales), componentes no aromáticos (que (contienen almidón de maíz modificado (E-1450), maltodextrina, triacetina (E-1518)) y sustancias activas (pulegona) y agua purificada.
