Do not take it if
- Si tiene a lergia al Ibuprofeno o a otros medicamentos tales como ácido acetilsalicílico u otros antiinflamatorios no esteroideos. Dichas reacciones podrían ser: erupción cutánea con picor, hinchazón de la cara, labios o lengua, secreción nasal, dificultad respiratoria o asma.
- Si ha tenido una úlcera o hemorragia de estómago o de duodeno o ha sufrido una perforación del aparato digestivo.
- Si padece insuficiencia cardiaca grave.
- Se encuentra en el tercer trimestre del embarazo.
- Si usted tiene una enfermedad grave del hígado o los riñones .

How to take it
These directions are for this exact strength and form. Another one is different.
- Ibuprofeno (arginina) Combix se administra por vía oral.
- Se debe utilizar la dosis eficaz más baja durante el menor tiempo necesario para aliviar los síntomas. Si tiene una infección, consulte sin demora a un médico si los síntomas (como fiebre y dolor) persisten o empeoran (ver sección 2).

Warnings and precautions
- Tenga especial cuidado con Ibuprofeno (arginina) Combix:
- Si ha tenido o desarrolla una úlcera, hemorragia o perforación en el estómago o en el duodeno, pudiéndose manifestar por un dolor abdominal intenso o persistente y/o por heces de color negro, o incluso sin síntomas previos de alerta.
- Este riesgo es mayor cuando se utilizan dosis altas y tratamientos prolongados, en pacientes con antecedentes de úlcera péptica y en los ancianos. En estos casos su médico considerará la posibilidad de asociar un medicamento protector del estómago.

How to store it
- Mantenga Ibuprofeno (arginina) Combix fuera del alcance y de la vista de los niños.

Relevant if you react to a dye, a preservative, lactose or gluten.
Los demás componentes (excipientes) son: Arginina, Aspartamo (E-951), Azúcar de compresión (sacarosa), bicarbonato de sodio, sacarina de sodio, lauril sulfato de sodio, aroma de mentol (10.86.4580), aroma de menta (506041 TP0504) contiene almidón de maíz sin gluten, agua purificada.
