Do not take it if
- Si es alérgico (hipersensible) al ibuprofeno, a otros medicamentos del grupo de los antiinflamatorios no esteroideos (AINEs), a la aspirina o a cualquiera de los demás componentes de Ibuprofeno (arginina) Kern Pharma. Las reacciones que indican la alergia podrían ser: erupción cutánea con picor, hinchazón de la cara, labios o lengua, secreción nasal, dificultad respiratoria o asma.
- Si padece una enfermedad grave del hígado o los riñones .
- Si ha tenido una úlcera o hemorragia de estómago o de duodeno o ha sufrido una perforación del aparato digestivo.
- Si vomita sangre.
- Si presenta heces negras o una diarrea con sangre.

Warnings and precautions
- Consulte a su médico, farmacéutico o enfermero antes de empezar a tomar este medicamento.
- Con el ibuprofeno se han notificado signos de reacción alérgica a este medicamento, como problemas respiratorios, hinchazón de la cara y de la región del cuello (angioedema), y dolor torácico. Deje de utilizar inmediatamente Ibuprofeno (arginina) Kern Pharma y póngase en contacto inmediatamente con su médico o con el servicio de urgencias médicas si observa alguno de estos signos.

Driving and using machines
Si experimenta mareo, vértigo, alteraciones de la visión u otros síntomas mientras esté tomando este medicamento, no debe conducir ni utilizar maquinaria peligrosa. Si solamente toma una dosis de ibuprofeno o durante un periodo corto, no es necesario que adopte precauciones especiales.
