Do not take it if
- si es alérgico (hipersensible) a la olanzapina o a cualquiera de los demás componentes de Olanzapina Combix. La reacción alérgica puede manifestarse en forma de erupción, picor, hinchazón de la cara o de los labios o dificultad para respirar. Si le pasara esto, dígaselo a su médico.
- si previamente se le ha diagnosticado problemas en los ojos tales como ciertos tipos de glaucoma (aumento de la presión en el ojo).

Warnings and precautions
- Medicamentos de este tipo pueden provocar movimientos inusuales, sobre todo en la cara o en la lengua. Si le pasara esto después de haber tomado Olanzapina Combix, dígaselo a su médico.
- En muy raras ocasiones, medicamentos de este tipo producen una combinación de fiebre, respiración acelerada, sudoración, rigidez muscular y un estado de obnubilación o somnolencia.
- Si le ocurriera esto, póngase en contacto con su médico inmediatamente.
- La utilización de Olanzapina Combix en pacientes de edad avanzada que presentan demencia no se recomienda ya que puede tener efectos adversos graves.
- Si usted padece cualquiera de las siguientes enfermedades, hágaselo saber a su médico lo antes posible:
- Diabetes
- Enfermedades del corazón
- Enfermedad del hígado o riñón
- Enfermedad de Parkinson
- Epilepsia
- Problemas de próstata
- Bloqueo intestinal (Íleo paralítico)
- Alteraciones de la sangre

Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Si está embarazada o en período de lactancia, o cree que podría estar embarazada o tiene intención de quedarse embarazada, consulte con su médico o farmacéutico antes de utilizar este medicamento. No debe tomar este medicamento cuando esté dando el pecho ya que pequeñas cantidades de Olanzapina Combix pueden pasar a la leche materna.

Driving and using machines
Olanzapina Combix puede producir síntomas tales como somnolencia, mareo o alteraciones en la vista, y disminuir la capacidad de reacción. Estos efectos así como la propia enfermedad pueden dificultar su capacidad para conducir vehículos o manejar máquinas. Por lo tanto no conduzca, ni maneje máquinas, ni practique otras actividades que requieran especial atención, hasta que su médico valore su respuesta a este medicamento.

Side effects
- Al igual que todos los medicamentos, Olanzapina Combix puede producir efectos adversos, aunque no todas las personas los sufran.
- Efectos adversos muy frecuentes: que afectan a 1 de cada 10 pacientes
- Aumento de peso.
- Somnolencia.
- Aumento de los niveles de prolactina en sangre.

How to store it
- Mantener fuera del alcance y de la vista de los niños.
- No utilice Olanzapina Combix después de la fecha de caducidad que aparece en el envase después de “CAD”. La fecha de caducidad es el último día del mes que se indica.
- No requiere condiciones especiales de conservación.
