Do not take it if
- si es alérgico (hipersensible) al principio activo olanzapina o a cualquiera de los demás componentes de Olanzapina Combix (incluidos en la sección 6). Una reacción alérgica puede presentarse en forma de erupción, picor, hinchazón de la cara o de los labios o dificultad para respirar. Si le ocurre esto después de haber tomado Olanzapina Combix , informe a su médico.
- si previamente se le ha diagnosticado glaucoma de ángulo estrecho (una enfermedad en la cual aumenta la presión en el interior del ojo).

Warnings and precautions
- Consulte a su médico o farmacéutico antes de empezar a tomar Olanzapina Combix.
- Si usted o alguien de su familia tiene antecedentes de coágulos sanguíneos, estos medicamentos pueden asociarse con la formación de los mismos.
- Los medicamentos de este tipo pueden provocar movimientos inusuales, sobre todo en la cara o en la lengua. Si le ocurre esto después de haber tomado Olanzapina Combix , informe a su médico .
- Muy raramente, los medicamentos de este tipo producen una combinación de fiebre, respiración acelerada, sudoración, rigidez muscular y un estado de sopor o somnolencia. Si le ocurre esto, suspenda el tratamiento e informe inmediatamente a su médico .
- Informe a su médico si padece cualquiera de las siguientes enfermedades:
- Diabetes
- Enfermedades del corazón
- Enfermedades del hígado
- Enfermedades del riñón
- Enfermedad de Parkinson
- Epilepsia (convulsiones)
- Problemas de próstata

Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Si está embarazada o en periodo de lactancia, o cree que podría estar embarazada o tiene intención de quedarse embarazada, consulte a su médico o farmacéutico antes de utilizar este medicamento.
- No debe tomar Olanzapina Combix durante el embarazo, a no ser que su médico se lo recomiende.
- Los recién nacidos de madres que han utilizado Olanzapina Combix en el último trimestre de embarazo pueden presentar los siguientes síntomas: temblor, rigidez de los músculos y/o debilidad, somnolencia, agitación, problemas para respirar, y para recibir alimentación. Si su hijo recién nacido presenta cualquiera de estos síntomas póngase en contacto con su médico.
- No debe tomar Olanzapina Combix durante la lactancia, ya que pequeñas cantidades de olanzapina pueden pasar a la leche materna.

Driving and using machines
Olanzapina puede producir síntomas tales como somnolencia, mareo o alteraciones en la vista, y disminuir la capacidad de reacción. Estos efectos así como la propia enfermedad pueden dificultar su capacidad para conducir vehículos o manejar máquinas. Por lo tanto no conduzca, ni maneje máquinas, ni practique otras actividades que requieran especial atención, hasta que su médico valore su respuesta a este medicamento.

Side effects
- Al igual que todos los medicamentos, Olanzapina Combix puede producir efectos adversos, aunque no todas las personas los sufran.
- En este prospecto cuando un efecto adverso se define como “raro”, significa que ha sido notificado en más de 1 de cada 10.000 pacientes, pero en menos de 1 de cada 1.000.

How to store it
- Mantener este medicamento fuera de la vista y del alcance de los niños.
- No requiere condiciones especiales de conservación .
- No utilice este medicamento después de la fecha de caducidad que aparece en el envase, después de CAD. La fecha de caducidad es el último día del mes que se indica.
