How to take it

These directions are for this exact strength and form. Another one is different.

  • Adults and children 12 years and older, hold nozzle 1" from mouth, spray twice and swallow at bedtime, or use as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Consult a physician for use in
  • children under 12 years of age.
