  • travel

How to take it

These directions are for this exact strength and form. Another one is different.

  • Adults and
  • children 2 years of age and older:
  • For prevention, dissolve 5 pellets under the tongue before activity.
  • For treatment, dissolve 5 pellets under the tongue 3 times a day until symptoms are relieved or as directed by a doctor.
  • Children under 2 years of age: Ask a doctor.
