Do not take it if

  • If you have respiratory conditions such as asthma or emphysema.
  • If you have heart disease or high blood pressure.
  • If you are allergic to ammonia or strong odors.

How to take it

These directions are for this exact strength and form. Another one is different.

  • Open cap.
  • Hold bottle opening about 10‑15 cm (4‑6 inches) away from nostrils.
  • Inhale gently.
  • Do not place directly inside nostrils.
  • A brief inhalation (1‑2 seconds) is sufficient.
  • It is recommended to wait at least 60 minutes between uses and not to exceed 10 times in 24 hours.
  • Close cap tightly immediately after use.
  • Use only as needed.
