What it is for
For the temporary relief of minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with:
- simple backache
- arthritis
- strains
- bruises
- sprains

How to take it
These directions are for this exact strength and form. Another one is different.
- Adults and children 2 years of age and older:
- apply directly onto affected area, not more than 3 to 4 times daily
- wash hands after use C hildren under 2 years of age: do not use, consult a doctor

Stop and get help if
- condition worsens, or
- if symptoms persist for more than 7 days or clear up and occur again within a few 0days
- redness is present
- excessive irritation of the skin develops
