How to take it
- Adults: Take 5 (five) capsules once daily for health and up to 15 capsules per day for maximum benefits. Children (age 6+): Take 1 or 2 capsules per day.

- Expect: It's possible to feel a warm, tingling sensation or flushing of skin due to Vitamin B-3 Niacin. Do not be alarmed - This feeling will pass in 15-20 minutes. If sensitive, take half servings for a few days.
- This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
- If pregnant, take 400 mcg of folate with this product, Nursing: no need for folate.
