How to take it
- Adults: Mix with 8 oz. of water of your favorite drink. Or, pour in mouth, let melt and then swallow. Take once daily, or, up to three times for enhanced benefits if you are: active, competing, tired or fighting illness. Children (age 6+): 1/4 teaspoon daily.
