Do not take it if
- Si es usted alérgico (hipersensible) al ibuprofeno, a otros medicamentos del grupo de los
- antiinflamatorios no esteroideos (AINEs) o a cualquiera de los excipientes de este medicamento.
- Dichas reacciones podrían ser: erupción cutánea con picor, hinchazón de la cara, labios o lengua, secreción nasal, dificultad respiratoria o asma.
- Ha tenido anteriomente una hemorragia de estómago o duodeno o ha sufrido una perforación del aparato digestivo mientras tomaba un medicamento anti-inflamatorio no esteroideo.
- Padece actualmente o ha padecido en más de una ocasión: una úlcera o una hemorragia de estómago o duodeno.
- Si usted padece una enfermedad grave del hígado o los riñones.
- Si padece una insuficiencia cardiaca grave
- Si usted padece trastornos hemorrágicos o de la coagulación sanguínea, o está tomando
- anticoagulantes (medicamentos utilizados para “fluidificar” la sangre)

Warnings and precautions
- Ha tenido o desarrolla una úlcera, hemorragia o perforación en el estómago o en el duodeno, pudiéndose manifestar por un dolor abdominal intenso o persistente y/o por heces de color negro, incluso sin síntomas previos de alerta.
- Este riesgo es mayor cuando se utilizan dosis altas y tratamientos prolongados, en pacientes con antecedentes de úlcera péptica y en los ancianos. En estos casos su médico considerará la posibilidad de asociar un medicamento protector del estómago.
- Con el ibuprofeno se han notificado signos de reacción alérgica a este medicamento, como problemas respiratorios, hinchazón de la cara y de la región del cuello (angioedema), y dolor torácico. Deje de utilizar inmediatamente Ibufarmalid 200 mg suspensión oral y póngase en contacto inmediatamente con su médico o con el servicio de urgencias médicas si observa alguno de estos signos.

Driving and using machines
Si usted experimenta mareo, vértigo, alteraciones de la visión u otros síntomas mientras esté tomando este medicamento, no deberá conducir ni utilizar maquinaria. Si solamente toma una dosis de ibuprofeno o durante un periodo corto, no es necesario que adopte precauciones especiales.

Side effects
- Como todos los medicamentos, Ibufarmalid 200 mg puede tener efectos adversos.
- Dolor torácico, que puede ser un signo de una reacción alérgica potencialmente grave llamada síndrome de Kounis.

How to store it
- Mantenga Ibufarmalid 200 mg fuera del alcance y de la vista de los niños.
- Mantener en su envase original.
- Caducidad:
- No utilice Ibufarmalid 200 mg después de la fecha de caducidad indicada en el envase.
