Do not take it if
- Si es usted alérgico (hipersensible) al ibuprofeno, a otros medicamentos del grupo de los antiinflamatorios no esteroideos (AINEs) o a cualquiera de los excipientes de este medicamento. Dichas reacciones podrían ser: erupción cutánea con picor, hinchazón de la cara, labios o lengua, secreción nasal, dificultad respiratoria o asma.
- Ha tenido anteriomente una hemorragia de estómago o duodeno o ha sufrido una perforación del aparato digestivo mientras tomaba un medicamento anti-inflamatorio no esteroideo.
- Padece actualmente o ha padecido en más de una ocasión: una úlcera o una hemorragia de estómago o duodeno.
- Si usted padece una enfermedad grave del hígado o los riñones.
- Si padece una insuficiencia cardiaca grave
- Si usted padece trastornos hemorrágicos o de la coagulación sanguínea, o está tomando anticoagulantes (medicamentos utilizados para “fluidificar” la sangre)

Driving and using machines
Si usted experimenta mareo, vértigo, alteraciones de la visión u otros síntomas mientras esté tomando este medicamento, no deberá conducir ni utilizar maquinaria. Si solamente toma una dosis de ibuprofeno o durante un periodo corto, no es necesario que adopte precauciones especiales.

Side effects
- Como todos los medicamentos, Ibufarmalid 400 mg suspensión oral puede tener efectos adversos.
- Dolor torácico, que puede ser un signo de una reacción alérgica potencialmente grave llamada síndrome de Kounis.

How to store it
- Mantenga Ibufarmalid 400 mg suspensión oral fuera del alcance y de la vista de los niños.
- Mantener en su envase original.
- Caducidad:
- No utilice Ibufarmalid 400 mg suspensión oral después de la fecha de caducidad indicada en el envase. La fecha de caducidad es el último día del mes que se indica
