How it works

Ibuprofen tablets contain ibuprofen which possesses analgesic and antipyretic activities.
Its mode of action, like that of other NSAIDs, is not completely understood, but may be related to prostaglandin synthetase inhibition.
Ibuprofen is rapidly metabolized and eliminated in the urine.
When ibuprofen is administered immediately after a meal, there is a reduction in the rate of absorption but no appreciable decrease in the extent of absorption.

Do not take it if

Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- проблеми с бъбреците при нероденото Ви бебе, ако се приема повече от няколко дни, което може да доведе до намалено количество на околоплодната течност, която заобикаля бебето (олигохидрамнион). Ако имате нужда от лечение за повече от няколко дни, Вашият лекар може да препоръча допълнително проследяване.
- Кърмене Само малки количества от ибупрофен и неговите метаболити преминават в кърмата. Това лекарство може да се приема по време на кърмене, ако се използва в препоръчителната доза и за възможно найкратък период.
- Фертилитет Продуктът принадлежи към група лекарства (НСПВС), които могат да увредят фертилитета при жените. Този ефект е обратим при спиране на приема на лекарството.
