Where this information comes from
Every statement about a medicine on this site is restated from a specific version of a specific official label, and links to it.
How a source record becomes a published page
- Ingest. The label is fetched, validated as well-formed, and rejected outright if its identity does not match the manifest or if it resolves to more than one product.
- Hash. The exact bytes are hashed, so later review can be tied to this text and not merely to this date.
- Quarantine on change. A changed hash holds the new version back and keeps serving the last reviewed one.
- Review. A named clinician reads the restated text against the label and records their name, the date, and the hash they reviewed.
- Clear. Counsel confirms the source’s reuse terms permit what the page does with them. Until then, the page follows the publisher’s published terms, listed below.
- Publish. Only with all of the above does the page become indexable. Every condition is checked in code, not by convention.
No page on this site has passed step 4 or step 5. That is why nothing is indexed.
The source register and reuse terms
For each source: what its publisher’s own terms say about reuse, quoted word for word, and what this site does as a result. Text is shown in full only where the terms grant reproduction and every condition they set can be met on the page; everywhere else it is shortened and linked. Quoting the terms is not a legal opinion, and no source has yet been reviewed by counsel.

What this site will not publish
| Invented risk percentages | If the label gives no frequency, the page says the label gives no frequency. A number nobody measured is worse than an absence. |
|---|---|
| Safety scores and “safe for you” badges | Safety is a property of a person and a situation, not of a product. A green badge is a claim about a reader we know nothing about. |
| AI-generated pill or packaging images | A generated image of a tablet would be used as identification evidence no matter what caption sat under it. |
| Substitution claims from ingredient matching | Same ingredients, same strength and same form still does not establish interchangeability. That is a pharmacist’s call in a specific country. |
| Ratings, reviewers, or credentials we do not have | No fabricated reviewer names, no aggregate ratings markup, no author byline on a page nobody authored. |
| Machine-translated clinical text | A translated warning is a new clinical statement in a new language and needs a reviewer who reads that language. |
| Pages generated to capture a query | Doorway pages, mass synonym pages and thin per-keyword variants. A page exists because a person needs it, not because a term has volume. |
