Do not take it if
- ако сте алергични към парацетамол или към някоя от останалите съставки на това лекарство (изброени в точка 6);
- - ако приемате други лекарства, съдържащи парацетамол. check

Warnings and precautions
- Говорете с Вашия лекар, фармацевт или медицинска сестра, преди да приемете Парацетамол. ~~ 7 Екофарм: ПУ е 5 check
- - ако страдате от чернодробно или бъбречно заболяване, включително чернодробно“ заболяване, дължащо се на злоупотреба с алкохол; \\ © 2 check
- - ако страдате от лека до умерена форма на артрит и е необходимо да приемате ежедневно обезболяващи; check
- ако имате поднормено тегло или страдате от недохранване;
- ако употребявате редовно големи количества алкохол;
- ако имате тежка инфекция, тъй като това може да повиши риска от метаболитна ацидоза.
- Признаците на метаболитна ацидоза включват: дълбоко, учестено, затруднено дишане, гадене, повръщане, загуба на апетит.
- Ако имате комбинация от тези симптоми, незабавно уведомете Вашия лекар. Може да се наложи напълно да избегнете употребата на парацетамол или да намалите количеството парацетамол, което да приемате.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Ако сте бременна или кърмите, смятате, че може да сте бременна или планирате бременност, посъветвайте се с Вашия лекар или фармацевт преди употребата на това лекарство.
- Ако е необходимо, Парацетамол Екофарм може да се приема по време на бременност. Трябва да използвате най-ниската възможна доза, която намалява болката и/или сваля температурата и за възможно най-кратко време. Свържете се с Вашия лекар, ако болката и/или температурата не са намалели или ако трябва да приемате лекарството по-често. check
