How it works

Mechanism of Actions Cetirizine, a human metabolite of hydroxyzine, is an antihistamine; its principal effects are mediated via selective inhibition of peripheral H 1 receptors.
The antihistaminic activity of cetirizine has been clearly documented in a variety of animal and human models.
Cetirizine is metabolized to a limited extent by oxidative O-dealkylation to a metabolite with negligible antihistaminic activity.
Food had no effect on the extent of cetirizine exposure (AUC) but T max was delayed by 1.7 hours and C max was decreased by 23% in the presence of food.

Do not take it if

- Не превишавайте препоръчваната доза.
- Зиртек филмирани таблетки съдържат лактоза. Ако Вашият лекар Ви е казал, че имате непоносимост към някои захари, свържете се с него преди да приемете този лекарствен продукт.
- 3. Как na приемате Зиртек Винаги приемайте това лекарство точно както е описано в тази листовка или както Ви е казал Вашият лекар или фармацевт. Ако не сте сигурни в нещо, попитайте Вашия лекар или фармацевт.
- Таблетките трябва да се поглъщат с чаша течност.
- Таблетката може да бъде разделена на 2 равни дози.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Ако сте бременна или кърмите, смятате, че може да сте бременна или планирате бременност, посъветвайте се с Вашия лекар преди употребата на това лекарство.
- Употребата на Зиртек по време на бременност трябва да се избягва.
- Случайна употреба от бременни жени не би трябвало да води до увреждане на зародиша, но въпреки това лекарството трябва да се прилага само при необходимост и след консултация с лекар.
- Цетиризин преминава в кърмата. Не може да се изключи рискът от поява на нежелани реакции при кърмачета.

How to store it
- Да се съхранява на място, недостъпно за деца.
- Не използвайте това лекарство след срока на годност, отбелязан върху картонената опаковка и Олистера. Срокът на годност отговаря на последния ден от посочения месец. check
