What it is for
- Имодиум е част от групата на лекарствата против диария, противовъзпалителен/чревен антисептик, антипропулсив.
- При диария ИМОДИУМ втвърдява изпражненията и намалява честотата на дефекациите.
- Вие бихте могли да приемате ИМОДИУМ при внезапно настъпила (остра) диария или при продължаваща дълго време (хронична) диария.

How it works

In vitro and animal studies show that loperamide hydrochloride acts by slowing intestinal motility and by affecting water and electrolyte movement through the bowel.
Loperamide binds to the opiate receptor in the gut wall.
In vitro loperamide is metabolized mainly by cytochrome P450 (CYP450) isozymes, CYP2C8 and CYP3A4, to form- N-demethyl loperamide.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Посъветвайте се с Вашия лекар или фармацевт преди употребата на което и да е лекарство.

- Съветваме Ви да не приемате ИМОДИУМ по време на кърмене, тъй като малки количества от него попадат във Вашата кърма.
- Шофиране 7 работа с машини ИМОДИУМ няма влияние върху шофирането и работата с машини. check
