What it is for
- Нурофен съдържа 200 те ибупрофен, който принадлежи към групата на нестероидните противовъзпалителни лекарствени продукти (НСПВС). НСПВС действат чрез промяна на начина, по който тялото реагира на болка, оток и повишена температура.

How it works

Ibuprofen tablets contain ibuprofen which possesses analgesic and antipyretic activities.
Its mode of action, like that of other NSAIDs, is not completely understood, but may be related to prostaglandin synthetase inhibition.
Ibuprofen is rapidly metabolized and eliminated in the urine.
When ibuprofen is administered immediately after a meal, there is a reduction in the rate of absorption but no appreciable decrease in the extent of absorption.

Do not take it if

How to take it

- Винаги приемайте Нурофен точно както Ви е казал Вашия лекар. Ако не сте сигурни в нещо, попитайте Вашия лекар или фармацевт.
- За възрастни, пациенти в старческа възраст и деца над 12 години:
- Първоначално се приемат 2 таблетки с вода, след това ако е необходимо се вземат | или 2 таблетки на всеки 4 часа. check

Warnings and precautions
- Говорете с Вашия лекар или фармацевт, ако:
- е имате астма или сте получавали астматични пристъпи, имате бъбречни, чернодробни или чревни проблеми или сте пациент в старческа възраст имате кожни реакции: Сериозни кожни реакции, включително ексфолиативен дерматит, еритема мултиформе, синдром на Стивънс-Джонсън, токсична епидермална некролиза, лекарствена реакция с еозинофилия и системни симптоми (DRESS), остра генерализирана екзантематозна пустулоза, са съобщавани във връзка с лечението с ибупрофен. Прекратете употребата на Нурофен и незабавно потърсете медицинска помощ, ако забележите някой от симптомите, свързани със сериозните кожни реакции, описани в точка 4. check

Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- може да доведат до ниски нива на околоплодната течност (олигохидрамнион) или свиване на кръвоносен съд (дуктус артериозус) в сърцето на бебето. Ако е необходимо лечението да продължи повече от няколко дни, вашият лекар може да препоръча допълнително наблюдение.
- Ако ибупрофен се използва от жени, които се опитват да забременеят или през първия и втория триместър на бременността, дозата трябва да бъде максимално ниска и продължителността на лечение възможно най-кратка.
- Това лекарство може да се прилага по време на кърмене, ако се използва препоръчаната доза и за възможно най-кратко време.
- Нурофен принадлежи към групата лекарствени продукти (НСПВС), които могат да увредят способността за забременяване при жените. Този ефект е обратим след спиране на лекарството.
- Попитайте Вашия лекар или фармацевт преди употребата, на което и да е лекарство.

How to store it
- Не използвайте Нурофен след срока на годност отбелязан върху картонената опаковка. Срокът на годност отговаря на последния ден от посочения месец.
- Да се съхранява под 25°C. check

- Запомнете: Съхранявайте на място, недостъпно за деца.
