How it works

Pantoprazole is a PPI that suppresses the final step in gastric acid production by covalently binding to the (H +, K + )-ATPase enzyme system at the secretory surface of the gastric parietal cell.
This effect leads to inhibition of both basal and stimulated gastric acid secretion, irrespective of the stimulus.
Pantoprazole is extensively metabolized in the liver through the cytochrome P450 (CYP) system.
After a single oral or intravenous dose of 14 C-labeled pantoprazole to healthy, normal metabolizer subjects, approximately 71% of the dose was excreted in the urine, with 18% excreted in the feces through biliary excretion.
Administration of pantoprazole sodium delayed-release tablets with food may delay its absorption up to 2 hours or longer; however, the C max and the extent of pantoprazole absorption (AUC) are not altered.

Warnings and precautions

- Ако имате тежки чернодробни проблеми, Моля, кажете на Вашия лекар, ако някога сте имали проблеми с черния дроб. Вашнят лекар ще проверява по-често нивата на чернодробните Ви ензими, особено ако приемате Нолпаза продължително време. В случай на повишаване на чернодробните ензими лечението трябва да бъде спряно.
- - Ако HMaTe намалени телесни запаси или рискови фактори за намаляване на витамини B12 и получавате продължително лечение с пантопразол, Както всички други намаляващи образуването на киселини лекарства, пантопразол може да доведе до намалена абсорбция на витамин В12. Моля, свържете се с Вашия лекар, ако забележите някон от следните симптоми, които могат да показват ниски нива на витамин В12.: check

How to store it
- Да се съхранява на място, недостъпно за деца.
